We are a faith-inspired, charitable non-profit organization committed to serving the less privileged, providing medical care, education, and support to orphans, widows, and vulnerable communities across West Africa and Oregon.
Our Story
Living Grace Foundation was established in the loving memory of Grace Nwaele, to continue her legacy of caring for orphans, widows, the less privileged, and the downtrodden members of society.
Grace lived a short but deeply fruitful life. She passed away in post-war Nigeria from a preventable disease, her sickness and death in a resource-scarce, remote part of Nigeria left a lasting mark on those who loved her. Her story inspired her son to pursue a medical career, driven by a determination to ensure that others in similar circumstances would not be left without care.
What began as a personal mission has grown into an organized foundation, one that carries Grace’s spirit of selfless giving into the communities that need it most.
Living Grace Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Mission
To provide free medical missions, support orphans and motherless children, award scholarships to economically disadvantaged students, care for sick children, and assist widowed women, serving vulnerable communities across West Africa and the Salem/Portland area of Oregon.

Where We Work
Our programs span two continents, rooted in a shared mission to serve those most in need.
West Africa
Nigeria, Ghana, and surrounding countries. Our medical missions, orphan support, widow assistance, and scholarship programs are primarily focused in this region, with active operations in Imo State, Nigeria.
United States
Based in Salem, Oregon, our US operations support fundraising, volunteer coordination, and community engagement in the Salem/Portland area.
