Our Programs
Five focused programs. One shared mission, to help, empower, heal, and care.
At Living Grace Foundation, everything we do is designed to reach the most vulnerable members of society. From delivering free medical care in remote West African communities to awarding scholarships and supporting orphans and widows, our programs are built on compassion, dignity, and action.

Free Medical Missions
Access to quality healthcare should not be a privilege, it should be a right. Yet in many parts of West Africa, communities go without basic medical attention due to poverty, distance, and lack of resources.
Living Grace Foundation organizes and funds free medical missions to underserved communities across West Africa, including Nigeria and Ghana. Our missions bring qualified medical professionals directly to these communities, offering:
- Free medical consultations
- Free prescription drugs and medications
- Basic health screenings and diagnostics
- Health education and awareness
Our missions are inspired by the story of Grace Nwaele herself, who lost her life to a preventable disease in a resource-scarce part of Nigeria. We go so that no one else has to suffer that fate needlessly.

Orphan & Motherless Children Support
Every child deserves love, safety, and a chance at a bright future. Living Grace Foundation is committed to standing in the gap for children who have lost their mothers or both parents, and for the orphanages that care for them.
We work directly with motherless children and orphanages across West Africa, providing:
- Essential supplies including food, clothing, and hygiene items
- Financial support to orphanages and caregiving facilities
- Visits, engagement, and emotional support for children
- Collaboration with local partners to improve living conditions
We believe that every child, no matter their circumstance, deserves to feel seen, valued, and cared for.

Scholarships for Disadvantaged Students
Education is one of the most powerful tools for breaking the cycle of poverty. Yet for many students across West Africa and in underserved communities in Oregon, financial hardship stands between them and their academic dreams.
Living Grace Foundation awards scholarships to economically disadvantaged students, giving them the opportunity to pursue their education without the burden of financial barriers. Our scholarship program provides:
- Financial grants for tuition and school expenses
- Support for students at various levels of education
- Encouragement and recognition for academic achievement
- A pathway to a better future for students and their families

Support for Sick Children
When a child is ill, the entire family suffers. For families living in poverty, a child’s illness can mean impossible choices, between medicine and food, between treatment and survival.
Living Grace Foundation provides targeted support to sick children and their families, helping to ease the financial and emotional burden of illness. Our support includes:
- Financial assistance for medical treatment and hospitalization
- Provision of medications and medical supplies
- Coordination with healthcare providers for specialized care
- Emotional and practical support for affected families
No child should be denied the chance to get well simply because their family cannot afford it.

Assistance for Widowed Women
The loss of a spouse is devastating under any circumstance. For women in many parts of West Africa, widowhood often brings with it a sudden loss of financial security, social support, and in some cases, basic rights and dignity.
Living Grace Foundation stands with widowed women, offering practical assistance and a compassionate community to help them rebuild their lives. Our widow assistance program provides:
- Financial support for basic needs including food, shelter, and healthcare
- Access to skills training and livelihood support
- Emotional support and community connection
- Advocacy for the rights and dignity of widowed women

All Living Grace Foundation programs are carried out with the highest standards of conduct. Our volunteers operate under a strict code of ethics, upholding confidentiality, respecting cultural and religious diversity, and always representing the foundation with integrity and professionalism.
